Theatrette/Cinema

The Theatrette/Cinema at Cowra Civic Centre is an intimate and flexible venue, ideal for film screenings, small-scale performances, presentations, and community events. The space has recently undergone a seating upgrade, now featuring luxurious full-leather cinema-style seating, including a combination of Alloyfold Rossini chairs and Tchaikovsky recliners, offering exceptional comfort for 42 to 50 seated patrons in a theatre/cinema configuration.

Equipped with modern projection technology compatible with laptops, DVD, and Blu-ray, and supported by a cinema-quality sound system, the Theatrette delivers a high-quality audiovisual experience in a boutique setting. It operates independently when the main Auditorium is not in use, offering a flexible alternative for smaller events.
