Local wrestler and show promoter James "High Octane" Lanham brings his crew of wrestlers back to Cowra for this very special charity event. They will be stepping into the ring for a very special cause raising money for a tongue cancer research charity formed in the name of Lanham's late girlfriend Emma Butler who sadly passed away last February from tongue cancer. All proceeds from this event (apart from the booking fee and venue`s fee from each ticket) will be going to Emma's Tongue Cancer Charity. ICW Central West will not be making any profit from this event.
This is a fun, family friendly, all ages show featuring a diverse group of wrestlers from all around the country, from the high flyers jumping from the top rope, hard hitting strikers, heavyweights throwing their opponents around the ring and skilled technicians going hold for hold! Featuring a mix of sports, entertainment, drama and stunt work from a variety of well-defined characters this show is highly fan interactive with performers all playing to the crowd throughout and inviting plenty of cheers and boos. Whether you want to come and get right into the action alongside the wrestlers or you just want to sit back and enjoy or even something in between this show caters to everyone and is suitable for all ages and people from all walks of life.
Wrestlers appearing include hometown boy High Octane, Barry "the Swooper" Blake, Super Crimson Mask, Addicus Slain, ‘’the Birdman’’ Phil Picasso, star of the hit TV show "Housos" Niki Nitro and so many more! The Emma Butler memorial championship belt will be decided in what promises to be an action packed last man standing main event between High Octane and Cootamundra`s Addicus Slain as will the ICW Central West championship and the Alan Lanham memorial trophy which will also be on the line!
Featuring live commentary and elaborate entrances with heavy music and spectacular lighting this is a very special night of entertainment not to miss out on! Wrestlers will be signing autographs and taking photos with fans after the show in a meet and greet for those in attendance! Be sure to come along and enjoy a unique night of entertainment and raise money for a very special cause all while we remember a very special person!
