The inaugural event of our Four Seasons Series - a series of musical celebrations of local seasonal produce and fabulous music from around the world. We celebrate the spring harvest with contemporary Australian klezmer* band, CHUTNEY.
Feast on a sumptuous and freshly prepared grazing platter of locally grown and seasonal produce lovingly prepared by Pennie Scott aka the Bush Goddess; sip on a glass of locally crafted wine and tap your feet (maybe even dance!) to the live music of CHUTNEY.
CHUTNEY puts a modern twist on klezmer music. Blending influences from their Eastern European and Middle Eastern heritage, they play a high-energy mix of original tunes and traditional melodies. Joining them on stage is special guest double APRA award-winning Ilan Kidron, lead singer of The Potbelleez.
*Klezmer is traditional eastern European Jewish music including dance tunes, ritual melodies, and virtuosic improvisations usually played at weddings and other social functions.
Limited capacity so book early. Seating is at tables of six but you don't need to have six to book.
